1. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Charge: A flat delivery charge of ৳100 applies to all deliveries across Dhaka. For deliveries outside Dhaka, a charge of ৳150 applies across all other divisions. 

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days.

• Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and active contact number to ensure successful delivery.

2. Try Before Accepting Delivery

Customers are encouraged to check the fit and size of their ordered clothing while the delivery representative is present, where the courier's procedures permit.

If the size does not fit, customers may refuse the delivery at that time. The customer will be responsible for the applicable delivery charge.

Once the delivery has been accepted, size-related return or exchange requests will be subject to MMIR's applicable return and exchange terms.

Please note that trying on an item must not involve washing, alteration, or damage to the product, and all tags must remain attached.

3. Incorrect Products

If MMIR delivers the wrong product, size, or item due to an error on our part, the customer will not be responsible for the return delivery charge.

MMIR will cover the applicable delivery costs required to correct the mistake.

Customers should notify MMIR promptly and provide their order details so that the issue can be verified and resolved.

4. Returns

Returns are accepted only in accordance with the conditions outlined in this policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Customers are responsible for return delivery charges when a return is due to a size issue or another customer-related reason, unless otherwise agreed by MMIR or required by law.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused apart from reasonable try-on, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with their original tags attached.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are limited to the following circumstances:

Failed Delivery: If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to MMIR, any payment collected in advance for that order will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the failed delivery.

Defective Products: If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, MMIR will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Delivery charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law. Where a refund is due because of an error attributable to MMIR, applicable delivery charges will be refunded as required.

Refunds are not offered solely because a customer changes their mind or finds the size unsuitable after accepting delivery, except where required by applicable law.

6. Order Cancellation & Failed Delivery

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact MMIR as soon as possible before dispatch.

If a customer refuses delivery because the size does not fit, the applicable delivery charge remains the customer's responsibility.

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer cannot be reached, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

Any prepaid amount eligible for refund will be handled in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
